With Easter around the corner, what delicious dairy free delights are you stocking up on? With veganism on the rise, no longer are the options as limited as in days gone by and vegans are now spoilt for choice when it comes to the Easter indulgence.
Sainsbury’s have increased their vegan Easter egg range considerably. In conjunction with Cornish firm, Buttermilk they now offer vegan milk chocolate orange and honeycomb Easter eggs at £6 each. For a slightly cheaper option, Moo Free Easter Bunny Comb Eggs can be purchased for just under £4. This milk chocolate alternative is made using coca, sugar, rice and vegan honeycomb toffee. Moo Easter Eggs are also available at Tesco.
For a more indulgent Easter, Etsy are offering a wide variety of vegan Easter delights. Their Crème Cream Eater Eggs are handmade and contain coca beans, sugar, rice milk and strawberries. For the adults, Etsy also offer xis oat milk white chocolate ganache eggs containing whiskey, spiced rum and brandy. Etsy also offer dairy free vegan dark chocolate with coffee mocha.
Other online retailers such as yumbles.com have a variety of vegan Easter eggs on offer, such as their dark chocolate hazelnut praline, decorated with a sliver shimmer and full of nutty pralines and caramelized hazelnuts. They also offer a variety of yummy dairy free Easter egg boxes.
Easter 2019 is on April 21st, so be sure to stock up for the kids (and for yourselves) on those mouth-watering vegan Easter treats!
