The Glastonbury Festival is a five day festival of modern performing arts that provides a wide range of entertainment for its attendees. The festival is inspired by hippie culture and free festival movements. After the 1970’s, the festival took place almost yearly and grew considerably in size as time progressed. Today, the Glastonbury festival is attended by more than 175, 000 people.
