Purezza, a vegan Pizzeria with branches in both Camden and Brighton have created a brand spanking new vegan pizza called The Laughing Pig, with all profits made donated to the Friend Farm Animal Sanctuary in Kent.

This delicious circle of heaven features asparagus, plum tomatoes, jackfruit-salami and basil smothered in a cheese-style sauce and packed onto an oven roasted pizza base. Its then topped off with Purezza’s delicious home-made vegan mozzarella.

The founders of Purezza are passionate about veganism and preventing animal cruelty, hence why they decided to partner with the Friend Farm Animal Sanctuary and donate profits from this pizza to their cause.

Funds raised from sales of the Laughing Pig pizza will go towards creating new pig arks at the sanctuary, which will be made from recycled materials to provide shelter for pigs.

The Animal Sanctuary based in Kent was established in 1994 and have rescued over 2000+ animals to date. They offer a lifelong, no kill, free roaming haven for neglected and abused animals to live out their lives in peace.

The sanctuary relies solely on donations, so this new charity-based pizza is a welcome blessing for the farm.  Visit the Friend Farm Animal Sanctuary website to find out more about how you can get involved.
